Pressing instructions for shirts:
300° F
20 seconds
Light to medium pressure
If they do not stick, increase pressure and do it again. Some have found for a 2nd press turning the shirt inside out works.
You may prefer to use liquid stitch and be done with it.
Other materials you will need to sew on or glue on with E-6000.
